Description:
In Sweden the leading region within innovation performance is located in the Mid‐East area around the capital Stockholm, with Gothenburg and Malmoe regions in second places. The dynamics in the region around Stockholm is strong, extremely innovative and well connected with the world. The region is well known for being fearless when it comes to thinking new and has a high level of expertise. This reflects in the many successful start‐ups and multinational companies that are integrated with EU and the globe. Despite this, and striving for excellence, the region has identified areas that need improvement. One challenge lies within creating conditions and tools that allow the most promising growth companies to grow and generate employees within the country. We hope to share our experiences and inspire to further development of new alliances and new tools.
