IASP has registered the domain www.iasp.ws.
Access to and use of the Website is subject to, and regulated by these Terms and Conditions. Access and use of the website automatically confers the status of User and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Users undertake to use the services and utilities provided by IASP through the Website in accordance with currently valid legislation, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, as well as according to moral values and generally accepted good practice and public order. The user will be liable to third parties for any non-compliance.
IASP reserves the right to modify and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notification. Consequently it is the responsibility of Users to read them carefully every time they decide to access and/or use the Website.

Both parties hereby revoke any other jurisdiction they could be entitled to and undertake to subject themselves expressly to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga in order to resolve any controversy and claims that could arise through the use of the Website.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the Spanish Act (Ley Orgánica) 15/1999 of 13th of December, of Personal Data Protection, all information and personal data provided through the appropriate forms via www.iasp.ws, will be stored in files which are properly registered at the Spanish Agency of Data Protection, under the responsibility of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation – IASP. You will be informed of the purpose (s) which this data is held for at the moment of collection.
You guarantee that the data provided is accurate, truthful and up-to-date. If the data provided belongs to a third person, you guarantee that this person has been properly informed of this Privacy Policy and that you have obtained the necessary authorization to provide the data, being otherwise liable for any damage or harm that may arise from the non-fulfillment of these duties.
Regarding the security conditions applicable to the automated processing system used to process the information obtained, these are the determined by the Spanish Act of Personal Data Protection, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, from the 21st of December, which will correspond to the basic security level according to the type of data obtained.
