Managing customer portfolio using relationship network perspective

The aim of the paper is to discuss process of development of set of services in respect of diversified customer portfolio. The empirical evidence is built on Nickel Technology Park Poznan case study. Main point of discussion is how services can be invented, developed, implemented and managed to boost the relationship within Parks networks.
