MRANTI Park
Technology Park Malaysia is a science park located in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The park specialises in research and the development of knowledge-based industries in Malaysia. It was established by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance in 1996 and operates under the patronages of the Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change. It has a total land area of 750 acres (3.0 km2). This land area is composed of 12 state-of-the-art buildings each purpose built with a range of specialist functions. It is the national driver of innovation and technology in Malaysia; operating and managing the technology campus, increasing technological innovation and investment in the region.
The latest addition to the park is the Enterprise 4 building, which is an intelligent building designed to service the physical needs of high-tech companies, enabling them to be service providers to the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC), the rest of Malaysia and the world. More than 3,000 technology driven companies have benefited from TPM – both local and multi-national within various clusters of industry. The ICT cluster has recorded the highest tenancy within TPM followed by Engineering and Biotech, Telecommunication and Content, and Support Services.
