Science Parks are important players in the entrepreneurial ecosystems and have established a variety of stakeholder relationships with universities, firms, governmental agencies, incubators and other parks. One aspect of Science Parks development that has increasingly come into focus is the attraction of talent, which might include attracting specific expertise, making it easier for firms to be established and reach skilled workers. A questionnaire was sent to European and Brazilian Science Parks, and the results show that the characteristics of the selected talent contribute to the park success. Park managers should understand that the company needs to effectively attract talent. Universities are the primary source of talent, and the government has a role in promoting collaboration between firms and university. Park managers should promote links with the local university and student community as well as strengthen their relationship with government representatives at all levels to receive the necessary support for park development.
