APTE holds international event hosted by Alicante Science Park

On 20-21  November the Alicante Science Park (PCA) was the venue for the APTE's XXII International Conference, where national and international experts addressed the challenges and opportunities in the transfer of knowledge and innovation. 

IASP Director of Partnerships and Operations, Alicia Shelley, participated in the inaugural roundtable, bringing an international perspective on the impact of STPs/AOIs on knowledge and technology transfer, accompanied by representatives of key actors in the technology transfer process.

During the event outstanding initiatives were recoghnised, with awards going to Science and Technology Park Cartuja for best practice in science and technology parks of 2024: Smart Mobility Cartuja Challenges, 

Gijón Science and Technology Park Gijón Impulsa (Promoción Empresarial y Turística de Gijón, S.A.) will be the organiser of the 23rd APTE International Conference in 2025.
