Evolution Applies to Science Parks too

The aim of this paper is to establish, as a reasonable working hypothesis, that Science Parks which evolve, adopting relevant imperatives from the economic and social environment will survive better and become more significant instruments for change than those which remain fixed within a framework established at the time their concrete and glass walls were first aid down.
