Open Innovation 4.0 is a public-private initiative set up by Asturias Regional Development Agency (IDEPA) and Asturias Business Innovation Centre (BIC Asturias) in close cooperation with regional leading companies and aligned with our Regional Intelligent Strategy RIS. It was designed to face digitalisation and Industry 4.0 some of the main challenges the regions are facing to increase competitiveness, strengthen the industry and of the entrepreneurial fabric, support companies development and growth, promote startups, in special technology-based, and an environment of innovation and interrelation with more mature companies as drivers of growth.
