The Proximity-Innovation Interplay: How STP Adlershof is Exploring Future-Oriented Work Environments

The current challenge of new work is the relocation to the home office and, thereby, the lack of synergies in inspiring places through spontaneous encounters. At first, this is a bad development for science parks. Wista Management GmbH (WISTA) is developing strategies to address the issues. Some solutions are provided and combined from research and practice. To do this, we take buildings and spaces that we can change experimentally. We try to adapt to different target groups' needs for new shared concepts in these spaces. Furthermore, for the first time, we actively include the rural area around Berlin in our planning and strategy for future-proof economic development.
