National Science & Technology Park (NSTP), based in National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), ensures connectivity of the right talent with local and global innovation ecosystem through digital enablement powered by “The Bridge.” However, to ensure continuous influx of relevant talent, NSTP is focused towards youth development through the Young Innovators Programme and Innovation Inside Programme that inspire youth towards the latest developments, technologies and trends while imparting the skills and knowledge to succeed in industry.
Moreover, the Student Ambassador Programme ensure continuous student interaction and hands-on involvement with multiple initiatives of the Park and its residents. Furthermore, influential thinkers, doers and innovators regularly share their inspiring stories and initiatives with the audience as part of NSTP Talks to create awareness of important topics and the latest best practices. All these programmes emphasize and enable active participation of women and minorities to ensure a diverse and inclusive talent ecosystem (Figure A).
