iTechnopolis
Islamabad Technopolis, known as iTechnopolis, will operate under the auspices of the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA), which provides legislative and institutional support for the development of Pakistan’s technology sector, offering physical and digital infrastructure and a regulatory framework to help the country build a technology-driven future.
iTechnopolis will be established on 140 acres adjacent to the National Institute of Health (NIH) Colony near Chak Shahzad. It will act as a catalyst for enhancing technology experts of Pakistan and is expected to attract FDI and job opportunities in the technology sector, and aims to be a hub for or global tech companies and expatriates due to its state-of-the-art technology-supportive infrastructure and lucrative tax incentives. When complete, it will be a cutting-edge centre to foster talent and serve as the foundation for the country’s digital infrastructure.
