The University of Warwick Science Park is a large science park based in the South East of Coventry, in the United Kingdom. Named as one of Europe’s leading Science Parks, the University of Warwick Science Park offers clients a plethora of packages and businesses services to provide an environment in which innovative and knowledge-based companies in the science, technology and creative sectors can grow.
The University of Warwick Science Park is excellently connected to UK infrastructure in terms of transport, providing excellent access to the M1/M6/M42 motorways, is 15 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and less than an hour from the centre of London by train. Warwick Science Park is also close to a significant cluster of ICT, creative and gamining companies which is reflected in a high number of tenants form this sector on the Park.
The University of Warwick Science Park opened its first building in 1984, but continued and sustained levels of additional additional investment and development has resulted in over 50,000 square metres of dedicated space for companies at all stages of growth. Today, Warwick Science Park has 20 buildings on its 42 acre main site, in addition to three satellite incubators, providing the base for 140 companies employing circa 2,100 people. Warwick Science Park also provides in house support able to offer companies with support and advice in the three areas of Access to Finance, Assess to Markets and Access to Skills.
