The zone is actively developing key industries, including high-end business and commerce, with a focus on software and information services. By building the "112" innovation ecological system, it aims to strengthen future industrial development and position itself as a hub for cutting-edge technologies.

Descartes Développement et Innovation - Cité Descartes (France)

Cité Descartes stands as a leading centre for education, research, and innovation in sustainable urban development.

Established in 1983 and located within the Marne-la-Vallée area, the hub was designated as the Greater Paris Cluster of Excellence, reflecting its central role in sustainable urban development studies.

As of March 2025, it features over 50 research laboratories and a community comprising 19,000 students, educators, researchers, engineers, and technicians. It is currently home to over 550 companies employing nearly 7,300 people.

Innovation Park Muscat (Oman)

We're pleased to welcome back to our community Innovation Park Muscat (IPM), a technology park in Oman created with a vision to cultivate a thriving ecosystem that nurtures researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurs alike.

Located near the prestigious Sultan Qaboos University in Al Khoudh, IPM sprawls over an impressive 540,000 square meters, and as of March 2025, has 14 resident companies and 9 incubates. IPM’s success is driven by its strategic focus on four key specializations, each playing a crucial role in advancing sustainable development. In the field of Food and Biotechnology, IPM explores cutting-edge advancements to support Oman’s agriculture and health sectors, fostering a more sustainable future.

Antalya OSB Teknopark (Türkiye)

Officially declared a Technology Development Zone in 2018 by a Presidential decree, Antalya OSB Teknopark is located right next to the universities which are its founding partners, spanning 40,400 square metres. Its facilities include administrative units, technology offices, prototype workshops, laboratories, and incubation centres, all designed to foster research, development, and innovation activities.
