The program has 5.632 qualified people, 32 certified companies, 9 partners Education Institutions, retention of high qualified people, among others. This paper will describe the results, its implementation and modification along the years, difficulties faced, benefits provided, how it has contributed to attract talents, providing an social and economic improvement of the region and the next steps.
