Surrey Research Park is a vibrant and pioneering community of around 200 innovative businesses, located in Guildford, Surrey (UK).

The location of choice for spinouts, startups, SMEs and Primes, the 70-acre site has been owned and run by the University of Surrey since 1984 and received its first tenant the following year.

Nestled within a beautifully landscaped, biodiverse environment with two lakes, and operated and maintained by the University of Surrey, the Park offers a range of versatile office units –- customisable for wet or dry lab use -- to meet the needs of science and technology pioneers and the businesses that support them.
