Buenos Aires Innovation Park and TusPark explore collaboration
A delegation from Argentina’s Buenos Aires Innovation Park recently travelled to China to meet with representatives of TusHoldings, exploring potential collaborations with Tsinghua Science Park (TusPark).
Led by Luis Bullrich, the park’s president and CEO, the delegation met with Hongbo (Herbert) Chen, TusHoldings’ senior executive vice president and IASP immediate past president, to enhance mutual understanding and investigate joint opportunities between the two IASP full members.
President Bullrich discussed the progress of Buenos Aires Innovation Park, initiated in 2014, and aiming to become Latin America's leading innovation hub by 2028. This visit sought to learn from TusPark’s model and explore joint ventures in automated transportation.
Herbert Chen shared insights into TusPark, an innovation hub that covers 770,000㎡ and supports over 1,500 enterprises, including R&D institutions, multinationals, and startups.
The Buenos Aires delegation also toured TusHoldings' digital exhibition hall and explored TusPark’s development, operational model, and global incubation network.
The meeting provided another example of international collaboration between IASP members, promising shared advancements in technology and entrepreneurship.
