Additionally, Regeneration Areas, such as the "Mind Spa," promote mental well-being, while the WISTA Academy offers professional training, masterclasses, and networking events to encourage continuous learning.

Developed by WISTA Management GmbH, ST3AM is designed to create a health-promoting work environment, incorporating ergonomic spaces and mental wellness initiatives. The co-working space collaborates with occupational psychologists from Humboldt University to validate and enhance its work atmosphere. By blending innovation, collaboration, and well-being, ST3AM provides a dynamic setting for professionals, startups, and researchers to thrive. These spaces meet the demands of hybrid work while maintaining the benefits of in person interaction.
