IT Park Uzbekistan expands collaboration with UAE and MENA tech ecosystem
As part of its visit to Dubai, a delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Chairman Farkhod Ibragimov, engaged in strategic discussions with UAE-based IT companies and organizations. The meetings focused on expanding IT-enabled services (ITes) exports, strengthening outsourcing partnerships, and facilitating Uzbek startups' entry into the UAE and MENA markets.
A key meeting was held with Mohammad Alblooshi, CEO of DIFC Innovation Hub, to explore collaboration in digital technologies and startup development. Discussions centered on how DIFC’s newly developed startup platform could support Uzbek entrepreneurs in accessing the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets. The platform, designed to integrate 100,000+ startups and 150 investors, aims to foster a dynamic ecosystem for venture capital and market expansion.
As part of this initiative, DIFC Innovation Hub organized a workshop for Uzbek startups, providing insights into market entry strategies and showcasing unique business registration and operational benefits within DIFC.
This engagement strengthens IT Park Uzbekistan’s global outreach, offering Uzbek startups direct access to the largest fintech hub in MENA and valuable tools for scaling within the international tech ecosystem.
