What is the purpose of your solution
The Science Park has a community of 500 technology companies. However, in the past, the communication between HKSTP with these companies were only restricted to contacts with the company CEO and administration manager for tenancy arrangements and communication within our programmes and updates were not cascaded down to their staff. The SPARK membership programme aims at establishing direct relationships and engagement with Science Park community - to individuals working in the Park, instead of just communicating with the companies heads.
What is innovative about it
This is an innovative, in a way to directly engage the park community, to demonstrate our value added services and support to everyone, to make them feel proud of belonging to this community of technology talents, as well as to provide lots of opportunities for them to mingle with each other so as to foster collaborations and partnerships between different companies. The inter-company sports competitions and recreational activities are also an excellent way to build team spirit amongst the companies, and is a great way to help the members achieve work-life balance. The programme has truly brought out the vibrancy, energy, and passion of the working community within the Park, as well as being a perfect platform for them to enhance their knowledge and resources.
