Essential Journey: Digitalisation

Digitalization and building digital capacity in an organization was “nice to have” previously but recently it becomes “must to have” in order to survive in the market and make progress. STP’s are placed in a very critical position as roof organizations during digitalization journey of the eco-system. In this paper, Bilkent CYBERPARK’s digitalization strategies and methods that are applied which contribute to establishing digital capacity will be presented. “Digital transformation, i.e. “a process that aims to improve an entity by triggering significant changes to its properties through combinations of information, computing, communication, and connectivity technologies” (Vial, 2021)
