Description:
The emergence of new technologies has facilitated today's human life. However, at the same time there have been challenges that can be changed to the future global problems. They include climate change, unemployment, increase of the elderly population, the unemployed talents, etc. The authors of this paper intend to introduce initiatives taken to overcome some of these challenges through establishing more close relation between a science park and university. For this purpose, they introduce ways and practical models such as Technology Assistant Program. They have also brought an idea of establishing an incubator for elderly people (the authors called it Eldobator) in which they work with SMEs and the talents to equip them with their tricks of trade, knowledge and experience. This is of course a win-win situation for both and the advantage goes to the whole society.
